WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

Val Heli Ski has revolutionised the European heli-skiing and off-piste market. The pinnacle of winter sports is now accessible to every competent skier / boarder visiting the French Alps, in terms of both affordability, accessability and ability.

OUR PRODUCTS

We offer our day trip heli-skiers and boarders 3 completely independent Italian heli-ski areas to choose from, all benefiting from a different microclimate and a higher than average European snowfall. We boast altitudes of up to 3,740 meters, over 30 landing sites and vertical drops of up to 2400 vertical meters in over 120 square miles of undulating powder fields, tree runs, couloirs, powder bowls, wind lips and steep descents.

We take off or land our helicopters from the only lodges in France with commercial heli-landing rights. Our day trip heli-skiers may use our facilities, inclulunch a fantastic lunch ready for you after your big day to make your heli-ski day even more special and unique. Taking off and / or landing from our Pook Heli-Lodges in France (rather than travelling to the public heli-landing sites on the French / Italian boarder) saves time travelling which should be enjoyed heli-skiing. Not only will you have totally exclusive heli-skiing, the far more extensive terrain available to us from Pook Heli-Lodges and the ability to collect you by helicopter (rather than by car) from the end of your heli-ski run direct to the door step of Pook Heli-Lodges means we can avoid any walking or traversing that may be necessary to exit the backcountry terrain. We are therefore best placed to remain flexible in our route choice to best suit the ability level of your group and the snow conditions.
